For two months, I visited this Starbucks nearly 5-6 days a week to study for the February BAR Exam. On average, I spent 5-6 hours in the building studying my ass off. I can honestly say I wouldn't have passed the exam but for the kindness, engagement and support from the staff. Thank you, Rachel, Kayte, Rue, Caterina, Uagili, Marely, Paige, Mark, Dogukan, and the rest of the crew for cultivating such a positive and welcoming environment while providing excellent service! (I'm sorry if I butchered the spelling of your names!!)

I love my Starbucks cold brew. It's so much less bitter and harsh than hot brewed coffee. They have a decent number of options, too. The baristas are always friendly and helpful. I rarely have any issues.

The lady working the drive thru this morning was very nice!! I didn’t get her name, but I was very satisfied with both my experience and drink this morning :)

The best Starbucks in the Albany area. I go almost every morning. Service is always fast and friendly, and drinks are always made correctly.

Love the food they have at Starbucks, and the lattes are decent 🤷‍♂️ This Starbucks was the same consistent quality. Good job guys! 👍😅
